For this one-of-a-kind Chef Series combination, exuberant West African flavors collide with modern brasserie cuisine in the spectacular historic setting of The Porter House Hotel Sydney – MGallery.
Ghanaian chef Selassie Atadika, renowned for her pioneering New African Cuisine, will collaborate with executive chef Steven Hartert, whose expertise in luxury and fine dining cuisine with a traditional European twist sets the stage for a truly unique fusion of style and tradition.
This special cuisine will be offered over two exceptional evenings, highlighting the best of both chefs’ culinary philosophies. Selassie provides a rich African culinary tradition as well as a passion for sustainable and underutilized foods, whereas Steven brings a flare for elegant simplicity and dishes crafted with the best local resources. They will collaborate to develop a dining experience that reflects their common dedication to innovation, sustainability, and culinary quality. All in the delightful setting of Dixson & Sons at The Porter House, a renovated historic tobacco factory in the CBD with well-worn masonry, polished timber, and arched windows.
