The blackness of night at The Goods Line is punctuated by the big, red neon word Humanity.

The sign flickers as if broken, but closer investigation reveals that it purposely but somewhat quietly alternates between the words ‘Humanity’ and ‘Humility’.

This simple, strong, and sobering message serves as a constant backdrop to the Vivid Sydney Fire Kitchen, reminding us of our shared humanity in a technologically-driven society.

Installation represents the country of Australia.
