Max Coen of Dorian, a Notting Hill hotspot, collaborates with Ben Greeno, executive chef of Paddington icon Fred’s, for a one-of-a-kind four-course dinner series. This powerful yet basic meal showcases Max’s mastery of wood-fired flavors and single-ingredient emphasis, as well as Ben’s refined simplicity. The end product is a celebration of high-quality ingredients, precise procedures, and the delight of coming together for a delicious, honest dinner. All set in Fred’s inviting setting, which mixes the homey warmth of a farmhouse with a fine-dining edge.
Max brings extensive experience and ambition to the pans at two-hatted Fred’s. His outstanding CV includes two Michelin-starred London restaurants, Ikoyi and Kitchen Table, and three-starred Frantzén in Stockholm.When combined with Ben’s knack for comfort and elegance, this salute to low intervention cooking and the greatest NSW produce is not to be missed.
