Legendary Michelin-starred Niklas Ekstedt, a Swedish chef, will join Sydney pitmaster Lennox Hastie of two-hatted Firedoor for one night of flame-led gourmet cuisine.

For the first time, two of the world’s leading fire-masters have collaborated to create a delectable, one-of-a-kind cuisine cooked entirely with fire. Combine Niklas’ old Nordic traditions with Lennox’s Spanish-honed flair to experience the greatest seasonal NSW products in a fresh way as this dynamic duo pushes the boundaries of exquisite dining brought to you by fire.

The action will take place in Firedoor’s cool and intimate Surry Hills location, where tables are all angled towards the leaping flames and glowing embers of the central, open kitchen.
