At this year’s Australian Fashion Week, Glenfiddich invites you to explore the unique world of fashion and whisky together.
Glenfiddich, the world’s most awarded single malt Scotch whisky, will return to Australian Fashion Week as the official whisky partner and major public bar on-site. For the fourth year in a running, Glenfiddich will provide disruptive sensations at the Glenfiddich Valley of the Deer Disco. Glenfiddich’s Valley of the Deer Disco, open to both ticket holders and the general public from Monday 13th to Thursday 16th May, invites cocktail enthusiasts and trendsetters to dance the night away to some of Australia’s hottest DJs while indulging in a selection of premium Glenfiddich drams, an exclusive Australian Fashion Week cocktail menu, and a mouthwatering food menu, all crafted by the one and only Maybe Sammy.
Glenfiddich, which translates to “valley of the deer,” will pay respect to the industrial tradition of the Blacksmith’s Workshop at Carriageworks by combining Scottish greenwoods with bright neon lights inside a smart, recreated train carriage, creating the ideal photographic backdrop.
The Venue
The Glenfiddich Valley of the Deer Disco takes place at the Blacksmith’s Workshop within Carriageworks. This sophisticated, reconstructed train carriage pays homage to the industrial heritage of the venue. Inside, striking neon lights meet Scottish greenwoods, creating the perfect photo backdrop for fashion-forward guests.
The Lineup
Throughout the week, guests can groove to the beats of some of Australia’s hottest DJs:
Monday: DJ Eve Speciall—known for her unique blend of fashion and music, she has spun tunes for high fashion houses like Chanel, Miu Miu, and Valentino.
Tuesday: Charlie Villas—this party starter and master of unexpected style combinations will keep the dance floor buzzing.
Wednesday: DJ Sacha
Thursday: Dan Azzo
